Covered In Inktober2019

Inktober has arrived and I want you to join me on this fun and inspirational journey all month. Grab your sketchbook and pens and let's get doodling, sketching, and inking!

Jake Parker created Inktober in 2009 as a challenge to improve his inking skills and develop positive drawing habits. Every October, artists all over the internet have joined him by taking on the Inktober drawing challenge of doing one ink drawing a day (sparked by a prompt word) the entire month. Anyone, of any drawing skill, can do this daily doodle.

1) Create a drawing in ink (you can do a pencil under-drawing if you want)

2) Photograph your daily masterpiece

3) Post it on your social media channels

4) Hashtag it with #inktober and #inktober2019

5 Repeat daily

6) Have fun

7) Encourage others

Here are the daily prompts:

I will be adding 1 every day
